loans with no intrest

I called American Pacific yesterday and spoke with Gwen. She was sort of shocked but advised that in the past month they have had more problems with the credit bureaus than they have had in the past 10 years. So all of you card holders double check your reports and make sure they are reporting correctly. if not, give Gwen a call. She said it will take about a week before she has an answer for me.

You may need to have your mortgage person do a rapid rescore. They can get this done and it usually can be done within a few days. It does cost to have it done, but I am not exactly sure what the cost is. Contact your mortgage person and see if they can do that before pulling your report.

I'll call Monday, thanks again.

Here's an old deposition that is reflective of the witch project and her mindset, or lack of mindset as the case may be It's better to talk with a rock, I say!!!!!!!

I recently consulted with an attorney about some violations of the Fair Credit Act. The attorney advised that I have a good case against Experian, MBNA, and Asset Acceptance. He wants to proceed forward with filing a lawsuit. His retainer agreement states that he is paid only if he makes a recovery. At that point, he would be entitled to 40% of the recovery or $300 per hour, whichever is greater. Does this amount seem excessive? Is it reasonable?
